Sal has 20 years of business advisory, mergers and acquisitions and operations experience in the United States and several other countries in Europe and Asia. He has advised clients in multiple industries from small startups, family owned businesses to multi-billion dollar global operations. Sal has taken a company public and overseen multi-billion dollars in capital raise. Earlier, he was the CFO of a small startup for which he setup the accounting and operational systems, KPIs and dashboards. He scaled up the team as the business grew and has built the reputation of developing and motivating workforce to deliver best results. He is keen in learning about new industries and growing businesses. 

 

Sal is a Certified Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
